Q: Do you provide the "negatives" on disc?
A: Better than that in 2013 we launched PASS Gallery. For clients that select the high-resolution didigtal negatives with their coverage, their PASS Gallery includes one click download of all your high-resolution digital files. Reprint permission is included.
Q: Do you include retouching with our photographs?
A: Yes! Amy artistically enhances and crops each image. Advanced re-touching to include brace removal or eye glass glare: $25 per image.
Q: I have an uncle that takes nice pictures. Should I use him and avoid the cost of a professional wedding photographer?
A: No! While your uncle might take nice pictures, he is likely not experienced in photographying in very dim lit churches or reception halls or in taking photos on bright sunny days. Each situation takes talent and experience to ensure quality images. We are experienced in not only capturing moments but anticipating them before they happen to get the shot! We carry two of everything in case something breaks. The pictures are really the only thing you get to keep from your wedding day so this is not the area we recommend to skip. We offer affordable and customizable options to fit your budget. If you don't hire us, please hire a professional elsewhere.
Q: What if our wedding plans change?
A: We understand that circumstances change. Your package payment less a $1500 non-refundable retainer will be refunded to you. In the event that your wedding date changes, we will work with you to secure the new date. If that date is already booked, we will refund your fees, less the $1500 retainer and assist you in finding a replacement photographer that we know you and trust you will be happy with.
